Despite the fact that Halloween is right around the corner, the title of today’s post isn’t referring to chocolate and peanut butter candy. The ‘Reese’ I’m talking about is Tracy Reese, clothing designer extraordinaire. And the ‘pieces’ I’m talking about are the dresses, cardigans, and blouses from her three—yes, three!—collections: Tracy Reese, Plenty, and frock! by Tracy Reese. Although today was a pretty busy day—I had an early morning doctor’s appointment and Micah had a late afternoon doctor’s appointment—I was not going to pass up the chance to stop by Neiman Marcus to meet her and view her latest collection. Her pieces are the epitome of femininity and if my income was unlimited (or at least much higher than what it is now), I would own pieces from all three of her collections. In addition to being a brilliant designer, she’s also a really nice, down-to-earth person. I didn’t get to take as many pictures as I would have liked, but I’m still appreciative of the opportunity to meet her—and I would love to be first in line if she ever decided to collaborate with fashion bloggers…

Wow how lucky are you. I love Tracey Reese. She understands a womens body and it definitely shows in her designs.
