daily duds: going for brocade

Sometimes when I browse the Web and see an outfit or item of clothing I like, I add it to my Favorites list (which is currently about a mile long). During one of my Net-surfing sessions, I discovered this Loeffler Randall Skirt.



Although I think the skirt has long been sold out (and was far out of my price range), I promptly added it to my lust list and have been coveting it ever since. Until yesterday, that is, when I discovered a similar skirt for much less.





I picked up this metallic brocade skirt at Charlotte Russe and paired it with a fuschia tie-neck blouse (also seen here).





I added cream-colored heels and a brown clutch.





I accessorized with a cream-colored gold-studded belt, gold earrings, and a cluster ring.
